Trail Run TOMOROW, Sunday April 13th, at the nearby Coyote Hills

looks like Sunday will be a wonderful morning for a Bayside workout, partly cloudy and 50s-60s predicted for the morning.

The Coyote Hills at Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge
On Sunday, April 13th, we head to a new location for PARC's Monthly Trail Run, the Coyote Hills. Visible just across the Bay from PA, the trail head parking is an easy 20 minute Dumbarton Bridge drive. The routes take us out into the East Bay levee system and then up into the hills for a bit of a fartlek style run. The variety (not all flat, not all hilly) and the expansive views seem to pull one along to the next junction and many find this to be an ideal place to tune speed and endurance. We'll be running alongside salt water wetlands and fresh water marsh, so there should be lots of wildlife to check out.

We gather at 8:20am and hit the trails at 8:30am for routes of either 8 or 10.7 miles.
Carpooling is encouraged: carpools depart at 7:50am from the parking lot at the end of Geng Road just off 101 at Embarcadero. Pls arrive 10 minutes earlier (7:40am) so that we can organize the rides. http://goo.gl/maps/Tcniv
