Thursday night hill repeats has been stopped for the rest of 2011. The workout will continue in February 2012.
Every Thursday, a group of PARC runners meets at 6:30pm for hill repeats. Currently, the meeting place is at the Safeway in Sharon Heights, Menlo Park (325 S. Sharon Park). Great workout to build strength and speed. The warm-up run is to the hill (~0.85 miles). The hill is ~0.21 miles long.
